RETURN POLICY

At ALB Hardware we want your purchase experience to be a completely positive one. Your peace of mind is assured with our “No Questions Asked” policy.
This policy covers almost every fitting we sell (point fixed glass fittings, balustrade fittings, glass spigots, pool gate latch and hinge, etc). If you purchase the product and change your mind, you can send it back to us and get your money back. No hassles, and no questions asked.

Please note that the following conditions apply to our “No Questions Asked” money back policy:
You must send us an email return request or give a call within 30 days of receiving your item(s)
Items must be in like new condition. They cannot have been opened, worn, used, damaged, etc. All original packaging, materials, manuals, labels and tags, parts, accessories and similar must be intact
Returned items must be securely packaged. We cannot be responsible for items damaged in transit due to inadequate re-packaging
Do not stick labels or write anything on the item/packaging itself. Items must be ready to re-sell.

To return an item, just follow these steps:
1. Send us an email at [email protected] Tell us what item(s) you want to return, and include your Order Number.
2. Send the item back to us. The products being returned must be received by ALB Hardware within 14 days of making your request to return.
3. Once the item is processed, you will receive your full purchase price back.
4. If the item you have purchased is free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping fee from the refund amount.
5. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item.

If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, then you will need to contact us on 0401 665 622 to confirm if your return can be accepted.
